Bell Helicopter's facility in Miami has been providing premier service and support to the helicopter communities of Florida, the Caribbean, Central and South America for more than 20 years. As the customer demand continues, so does our pursuit for additional facility space. Presently we have refreshed he entire facility, and added support amenities of a spacious crew lounge, crew vehicles, and conference facilities.

The facility is only a small part of the equation in our journey to consistently meet and exceed our customer expectations. We are committed to maintaining a staff of factory trained, experienced, and professional repair technicians to fulfill our commitments of today, tomorrow, and beyond. Our team's main motivation is safety; both in the product we touch, and in the environment in which we operate, "Safety is Paramount". Additionally, our commitment is to produce a quality product while maintaining the customers concerns for fair and reasonable costs. We understand in today's ever changing financial and economic markets our customers concerns are for cost; that is why we are implementing the Six Sigma Lean Tool Sets in our daily business practices. Training is key to our operations; not only do the products in which we support change, but, the tooling and methods used to support these products change as well. Bell Helicopter Miami is committed to providing initial and reoccurring training both from the Bell Training Academy and its own in-house training department in Tennessee to keep ahead of the changing times.

To further our commitment to providing a robust level of support we have restructured our parts warehouse and increased our inventory stocking six fold. We utilize data from Bell Helicopter and the local helicopter population to establish a "smart inventory". This inventory consists of common and consumable items, and as well items that have exhibited a high failure/replacement rate. Maintaining this inventory allows us to mitigate a customer down/wait times and increases the customer's aircraft available uptime. the phrase, "the proper tool for the proper job" is constantly spoken and evaluated at Bell Helicopter Miami. In the growth and expansion of our capabilities we have added, and continue to add the special tooling and the equipment needed to provide the most efficient and effective service available.

Our customer's missions are as varied as the equipment they operate. We support Federal, State, Local Law Enforcement Agencies, EMS, ENG, Off-Shore, Corporate, and many VIP/High Profile customers on a 24/7 basis.
